No matter what the topic is, your brain has TONS of thoughts about it.
Most people get stuck on the negative thoughts. The thoughts that create confusion and doubt and insecurity and anxiety. The ones that make you feel like crap.
When you're stuck in this kind of mind drama, it's easy to forget that there are other thoughts you have that you're forgetting to think. Thoughts that make you feel confident and calm and certain.
Remembering you have other thoughts you can think and knowing that it's a choice has been a game changer in my life and in my relationships and I know it will be in yours too!
