All my clients identify as women. I don’t coach men or couples.

One of the most common misconceptions is that coaching is therapy in disguise or that Life Coaches are just people practicing therapy without a license. This couldn’t be further from the truth…

Therapy and coaching are both important and beneficial, but for different reasons. It’s important to understand the role each one plays.

If you have unresolved trauma or untreated mental health issues, I recommend that you work with a therapist before starting one of my coaching programs.

Therapy focuses more on going into your past to work through trauma and to change self-destructive habits.
In therapy, you revisit those difficult memories and recognize how they influence your reactions to present circumstances. It’s focused mostly on removing pain, and coming to terms with your history. Therapy can also focus on diagnosing and managing mental illness.

Coaching focuses on the present and what you want from the future. Together, we figure out exactly what you want and why you don’t have it yet. We make a solid action plan outlining exactly what you can do to get it and we figure out how to overcome any obstacles (emotional and mental) that get in your way.

I’m called a coach for a reason. Similar to sports coaches, I can teach you the skills, give you feedback, and cheer you on.
But it’s on YOU to practice. To do the work. And to apply those skills “out on the field” so you can get the results you want!

My proven process focuses on three areas:

  • Looking at your past relationships to find patterns, learn from them, and get closure so you can move forward with a clean slate
  • Getting confident and loving yourself exactly where you are in the present
  • Making a plan for moving forward toward the future you want and deserve

Whether you: lack self-confidence or can’t get over your ex or you keep having bad date after bad date or you’re in a relationship that’s not going well...

It doesn’t matter what the issue is - if you’re committed to doing the work on yourself through one-to-one coaching, we’ll handle any unique issue you’re facing and get you closer to the result you want.

One fact about life is, what you put into it is what you can get out of it.
Yes, I’ll give you the knowledge. Then you choose your results!

Good: you do nothing other than show up to our calls every week and you WILL be a changed person in the end
Better: you take action to apply the knowledge between our calls - practice, push yourself, try new things, etc.
Best: you show up to the calls, put the knowledge into practice, and seek out additional ways to grow (see below)

I became a Certified Life Coach in 2016 after an intense year of training under Cheryl Bartlett. She has studied with top world leaders in the Science of Success, including Tony Robbins.

In 2018, I wrapped up another year of training with Tim Brownson, an incredible Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Internationally Published Author.

Then, in 2021, I became certified through The Life Coach School, the TOP coaching certification program in the country.

I’m also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Renaissance Life Therapies in the UK and I’m a member of the International Association of Professional Life Coaches.

My training is ongoing: I am always learning new techniques to help get you where you want to be.
